During your stay at Le Clos Virgile, make sure you explore the surrounding area and enjoy a site listed as a “natural reserve”. The region is full of great tourist attractions. Various must-see spots in Occitania are located just a few miles away from your place of stay.

Exceptional beaches

Walking along a fine sandy beach or diving into the Mediterranean sea are great ways to spend an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The Occitania region is known for its beautiful beaches. Your stay at Le Clos Virgile campiste is perfect for discovering Valras-Plage, a beautiful, calm seaside resort located 5.4 miles from the campsite.

Little known in the Languedoc-Roussillon area, the village of Portiragnes Plage also has a gorgeous beach, about 1 mile long. You can enjoy lush nature, dotted with palm trees and conifers, all close to the Mediterranean sea. This commune is only 10.2 miles away from the campsite.

Le Clos Virgile campsite enjoys a privileged location close to towns offering a wealth of enjoyable activities. You can visit Sérignan and discover the Regional Contemporary Art Museum (3.7 miles away). It regularly organizes exhibitions of the works of French and international artists, who are creating new forms of art mediation. You can also visit Sérignan market (3.3 miles away), held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 6:30 am and 1:30 pm on Allées de la République. Also in Sérignan, on Route de Vendres, is Sun Karting (5.3 miles away), ideal for spending an enjoyable afternoon with the family.

Other than Sérignan, Portiragnes and its surroundings also feature places that are definitely worth a visit.
